How long do I need to complete?
Remember this isn't a "course" where you will be assigned a lot of "work"! The videos are about 90 minutes total but each are only a few minutes long. You can watch them on your own time, anytime.
How is BASIS© different from Myers-Briggs, Big Five, DISC or any of the other assessments I have already tried?
Great question! Because BASIS© first sought to look at the attributes business cares about, it is unique in applying those metrics to ourselves as individuals in the workplace. This obviates the need to then try to understand what that means in a work context, as opposed to other personality-based assessments.
